HOMAG CENTATEQ N-600 Labels & CON3 Printer Guide
HOMAG CNC Labels / CENTATEQ N-600
Label selection and machine information for HOMAG CENTATEQ N-600 owners using CON3 setups with SRD pre-labeling.

Nesting with three-, four- or five-axis technology
HOMAG’s N-600 documentation describes three-, four- and five-axis nesting, furniture applications and automated material handling. The product page also shows a labeling terminal at the outfeed conveyor. HOMAG identifies BHP 300 as a previous product name.
What this means for label selection
An outfeed labeling terminal and a CON3 pre-labeling station are different positions in the workflow. Identify the station you are replenishing before ordering; a photograph of the CNC alone may not show which printer is installed.
CON3 pre-labeling: SRD ILX or SRD ILS
SRD identifies this model in CON3 configuration with SRD pre-labeling as a supported production workflow. It may be equipped with either an SRD ILX or SRD ILS printer. Check the installed printer’s model plate before selecting labels; the CNC model alone does not identify the printer.
Choose the correct label roll
- Record the printer model and whether it uses direct thermal media or thermal transfer media with ribbon.
- Match label face dimensions, full liner width, core diameter, winding direction and maximum roll diameter to the existing setup.
- Confirm the applicator and sensor requirements. For legacy ILX 81/12 systems, check the media-width and orientation guidance, especially for 4 × 2 labels.
Compare 3 × 3 DTL, 3 × 3 TTL, 4 × 2 DTL and 4 × 2 TTL only after matching your configuration. SRD rolls contain 3,000 labels per roll; a box of four contains 12,000 labels.
Ask SRD to check your printer and roll. Send the printer nameplate and current roll details.
